At
the moment the only telecommunications provider in the areas that
Benet Internet Services provides to is Telstra.
For ease of reference we have provided a link following to their site
to gather their most up to date call costs. Benet has POP servers
in the following locations:
Meekatharra, Mt Magnet, Cue, Newman and Pt Headland
This means that Benet customers are only charged local call costs,
not STD rates. Check into Telstra to find out your best option to
save money on your telephone bills.

Warning: This site is very difficult to navigate
due to the large amount of information. You may be better off calling
them directly to find out the information you seek. However finding
the right number for the right department may prove another headache
all together.... |
Don't
forget, even if you are away from home you can still check your Benet
email! Even if you must use another ISP.
To do this you need a active account with Benet Internet.
Surf into http://www.benet.net.au and enter your Email login ID which
is the same as your User ID, and enter your password, the very same
password you use to log into Benet at home. Then press Login.
Voilá you can now check your Benet Mail!
Believe it or not this facility is
free of charge to Benet customers! Makes holidays all the better
knowing if need be you can still check those important incoming emails. |

Benet
has no charge for telephone support. If you are experiencing difficulty
with your Surfing, E-Mail, or Internet Connection then call us on
99801882 or email support@benet.net.au
and free of charge we shall do our best to help you.
If you need or prefer us to fix your PC we can do it at your home
if you are based in Meekatharra for a service fee of $45 per hour.
(Minimum charge 1/2 hour)

Don't forget to place a note inside with your PC to explain what
the problem is that you would like us to address. Remember to include
any passwords that you have saved onto your PC.
Please note: we only need the main box, do not send
us your monitor, keyboard or mouse. Remember to send us any CD's
you recieved with your equiptment, especially your Windows CD, Modem
CD's etc. If you have any questions on what to send please call

We are planning to make weekend stops at Cue, Mt Magnet, Wiluna
and Newman in 2001. Don't forget to check our homepage regulary
to be informed of these visits. We shall be providing booking opportunities
well in advance.
